Kiki Kaikai Party in Azabu Invite

I love party invites, even if I do not go to the parties or events. People are so creative.. Murakami Takashi and KiKi KaiKai had just added a business office in Azabu area where I live. I think his work just recently sold for 16 million US. Wow.

Having 2 birthdays on the 26th, we decided to treat ourselves to hip London. Later on in 2008, Alan Yau the founder sells this and his other establishment to an Arab Fund for close to 67 million US dollars. My goodness.
